Initial Assessment
Your Kinesiologist evaluates your current mobility, strength, and any limitations or old injuries. We identify exactly what your body needs and build your fully customized and personalized plan.
Build Your Foundation
Start with our 5 week life changing program at Kin Central, learning proper strength based movement patterns, applying soft tissue release and corrective exercise to reduce aches and pains, while beginning targeted mobility and core work. No two bodies are the same — your program is customized to you.


Integrate & Progress
As your mobility improves and your aches subside, we layer in safe strength training that focuses on weaker areas: bringing them up to speed. We also provide at-home corrective/mobility routines and mini workouts to support in-person sessions. Consistency builds results.
Live Without Limits
