At The Kin Studio, you get more than just a workout. You get a team dedicated to keeping you active, independent, and thriving—now and for years to come.

Your body at 65+ needs more than a personal trainer.
Our Level 2-3 Clinical Kinesiologists understand aging
joints, complex injury histories, and balance - and
build every program around your specific needs.

Real movement progress — not just "stretching." We blend targeted mobility work with functional strength training so you move better AND get stronger. Unlock your hips and back while developing strength and stability that protects you from injury.

1-on-1 focused sessions each week at our Yonge and St. Clair location in Toronto, plus our custom app for at-home workouts and movement routines. Stay consistent at home or on vacation. Training that fits your life.

Every exercise is designed with your body's limitations and history in mind. We work around old injuries, address imbalances, and reduce injury risk — not ignore it. Move better. Hurt less.
A Kinesiologist is a regulated health professional specializing in human movement, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Our Level 2-3 Clinical Kinesiologists are the highest qualification tier at The Kin Studio - trained to work with aging bodies, complex injury histories, and balance concerns that a standard personal trainer is not equipped to handle.
A personal trainer follows a workout plan. A Clinical Kinesiologist assesses your full body first - joints, injury history, mobility - and builds a program specifically around what your body needs. There's no guesswork and no risk of training through injuries that need to be addressed first.
Not at all. The program starts with a full assessment precisely because we meet you where you are. Many of our clients haven't exercised in years. Your starting point is your starting point - not a barrier.
Your Kinesiologist evaluates your current mobility, strength, balance, and any limitations or old injuries. You'll leave with a clear plan built around your body and your goals - before a single workout begins.
We keep each cycle intentionally small so every client gets the personal attention they deserve. Once spots are full, new clients go on a waitlist. If you're interested, the sooner you reach out the better.
